Jasmine’s Story

Sunday, August 15th, 2010

Jasmine presented to our office witha problem of a moderate open bite. She wanted to improve her smle, but it was very hard for Jasmine to accept a concept of Invisalign. Although attachments were necessary in her case and were barely visible, Jasmine was not comfortable with an idea of “something” on her teeth.

At the end, though, she was happy that she stuck with the prescribed treatment. Results were phenominal.

I CAME TO DR. AYZIN OFFICE HAVING VERY SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH MY TEETH AND GUMS. ALONG WITH THESE PROBLEMS I HAD AN OVERWHELMING SENSE OF TREPIDATION IN REGARGDS TO ANY SORT OF DENTAL PROCEDURES AND THE HOPE THAT HE WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP ME REGAIN THE CONFINDENCE TO ACTUALLY SMILE IN PUBLIC AGAIN. ATFER NEARLY TWO DECADES OF NEGLECTING MY TEETH I WASN’T SURE THAT I COULD EVER REACH THAT POINT AGAIN.

THANKS TO DR. AYZIN AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF I AM ABLE TO SMILE AND TALK WITH ANYONE WITHOUT SEEING THE LOOKS AND REACTIONS THAT CAME ALONG WITH THE NEGLECT I HAD SHOWN MY TEETH. EVERYONE AT DR. AYZIN’S OFFICE MADE ME FEEL QUITE AT EASE AND GAVE ME A SENSE OF CONFIDENCE THAT I HAD CHOSEN THE RIGHT DENTAL PRACTICE TO HAVE THE WORK DONE.

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK CRYSTAL WHOSE KINDNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM DID WONDERS TO ALLEVIATE THE FEAR I FELT WHEN IT CAME TO HAVING TO SPEND EVEN ONE MOMENT IN A DENSTIST CHAIR. ALSO I EXTEND MY GRATITUDE TO BOTH JENNIFER AND INNA FOR BEING SO HELPFUL AND ANSWERING ALL OF MY QUSETIONS NO MATTER HOW INNANE THEY MAY HAVE BEEN. LAST AND CERTAINLY NOT LEAST I NEED TO THANK DR. AYZIN FOR THE METICULOUS WORK AND THE AMAZING RESULTS. HIS WORK HAS EXCEEDED ALL THE EXPECTATIONS I HAD GOING INTO THIS SITUATION. I TRULY COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE CHOICE I MADE TO HAVE THE WORK PERFORMED AT DR. AYZIN’S PRACTICE.

THANKS AGAIN,

Orthodontics and Dental Health in Children and Adults.

Monday, April 20th, 2009

As a parent, you of course want to do the best you can in caring for your children, so that they arrive at adulthood prepared for happy, productive lives.

Parents often have questions about child dental care. When should you first take the child to the dentist? If the child’s teeth need straightening, when should they see an orthodontist? Knowing the answers to these questions can help you keep your kids’ teeth healthy for life.

There are some differing views on when you should first take a child to the dentist. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry says children should see a dentist not later than their first birthday, while the American Academy of Pediatrics says the first visit to the dentist should be by around their third birthday.

By age 7, most children have a mix of baby and adult teeth.  Children may experience problems such as dental crowding, too much space between their teeth, protruding teeth, extra or missing teeth or jaw growth problems.

Dentists trained in orthodontics are trained to spot subtle problems with jaw growth and emerging teeth, even while the child still some baby teeth. The advantage of early detection of orthodontic problems is that they may be easier to treat if treatment is started early.

While your child’s teeth may appear straight to you, there could be problems that only a dentist could detect.  The check-up could also find that your child’s teeth are fine, which would be great news.

Even if a problem is detected, chances are the dentist trained in orthodontics will take a “wait-and-see” approach at first, checking your child from time to time as all the adult teeth come in. For each patient who needs treatment, there is an ideal time for it to begin in order to achieve the best results. As dentists trained in orthodontics we have the expertise to determine when this ideal treatment time would be. Our goal is to provide your child with the most appropriate treatment at the best time.

In most cases, we might find a problem that can benefit from early treatment.  This may prevent more serious problems from developing, and may make treatment at a later age shorter and simpler and less expensive. Ultimately, orthodontics does more than make a pretty smile – it creates a healthier you.

But orthodontic treatment to straighten your teeth can be done at any time, for teenagers or even adults. It’s never too late to straighten your teeth, giving you more confidence in your smile.

Most people associate teeth straightening with braces, and these are commonly used. But another attractive and effortless option exists today. Invisalign is a series of removable, clear aligners that both orthodontists and dentists use to promote an invisible way of straightening teeth without braces.

An Invisalign treatment consists of a series of aligners that you switch out about every two weeks. Each aligner is individually manufactured with exact calculations to gradually shift your teeth into place. And since your Invisalign system is custom-made for your teeth and your teeth only, with a plan devised by you and your dentist, you know you’ll end up with a smile that truly fits.

Ultimately, orthodontics does more than make a pretty smile—it creates a healthier you.

Olesya’s Story

Dr. Ayzin and his staff have absolutely changed my life by giving me a smile I’ve dreamed of ever since I was a little girl. My experience has been nothing short of extraordinary- from the moment I first stepped into his office, to the breathtaking moment I first looked at my brand new, beautiful teeth. The Dr’s attention the detail, along with extreme care when performing his work, made me feel very comfortable in his chair.

Finding Dr. Ayzin and his fantastic assistants has been a true blessing. I’m definitely looking forward to many, many years of being in their dental care.

Thanks a million, Doctor!! :)

5 YEAR GUARANTEE

Investment in optimal health is by far your wisest long-term decision.

At Dentistry @ Its Finest, we strive to exceed your expectations.

Optimal health is only maintainable when provider and patient alike commit to a joint partnership effort.

OUR PART

If your crowns, porcelain veneers, or onlays need replacement within 5 years, and the tooth is still savable… As long as Dr. Ayzin maintains his private practice in dentistry… And you do your part (below), we will at no charge:

Replace any crown with a new crown of the same type

Replace any porcelain veneer with a new veneer

Replace any onlay with a new onlay

Note: If a veneered or onlayed tooth is damaged or decayed to the extent that a crown is necessary, the full fee originally paid for the veneer or onlay will be applied toward the crown. You will pay only the difference. We cannot predict if and or when gum or nerve treatments may be required. If needed, they would require additional fees.

YOUR PART

Visit our office for a minimum of 2 (4 if we’ve recommended due to gum condition) times per calendar year for cleanings. Note: Many of our patients still return to us after moving across the United States. If you move out of California, yet have done the rest of your part (below), one cleaning & checkup in our office annually will be sufficient to maintain this agreement.

Complete (in our office) all recommended treatment in the quadrant (quarter of the mouth the tooth is question is in), all within a one year period. Gum infection and bacterial decay spread from tooth to tooth. Your path to optimal health requires a comprehensive approach to care.

Advise us of the need to change or cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Shorter notice cancellations or changes severely limit our ability to offer another patient their most preferred time.

If ever any question or concern goes unanswered during office hours, please feel free to contact me via email at: drayzin@finestdentistry.com.

Thank you for the opportunity, and the privilege.
